TOP TOSHIBA LAPTOP OF THE YEAR 2017

02/22/2018

There once was a time when Toshiba used to rule the world of portable computers. Started back in 1939, the sudden surge in this brand's laptops in the yearly 90's went to a sudden halt in 2016. It was this unfortunate year that Toshiba laptops lost interest in creating commercial computers. Now, their business class systems are all the rage. Somehow, they manage to maintain to manage the original fidelity of the systems long enough that laptopmag still counts it as some of the most well-built systems.

Toshiba repairs Australia henceforth presents to you the Top Toshiba laptops of the year 2017:

1. THE BEST CHROMEBOOK:

The Chromebook 2 can be described in one word, brilliant. This 13.3 inch beast of modesty packs in a 1080 IPS display and a noteworthy battery life. The old but relevant Intel Celeron CPU is powerful enough to provide enough juice to the notebook that allows spontaneous and instantaneous jump from app to app, and tab to tab. This combined with a rather affordable price of $330 makes this machine a lot more worth it than it should be. The audio though is a bit lacklustre, but we can look past that. It is because what it lacks in sound it makes for in the display department.

2. THE BEST ULTRABOOK:

Combine an impressive amount of juice, optimal performance and a sleek design complemented with aluminium plating, what you get is the Toshiba Kirabook. This ultrabook sports an ultra-thin design with an eye-popping quad-HD display with 13 inches of screen space. Armed with a core i7 processor, a 9-hour battery life and crisp speakers, you won't have any issue with any task that you decide to undertake. This is the machine to look for if you seek an optimal and robust travel companion.

3. TOP 2 IN 1:

Toshiba's foray into the 2 in 1 genera has not been very kind, but Satellite Radium P55 sure raises some eyebrows. It accentuates on its 4K display which is perfect if you seek to edit videos or watch high def movies. It has a singularly robust and clear set of Harman/Kardon speakers which would make for an immersive entertainment experience. Meant meanly for multimedia purposes, this laptop does entail 5 different modes. The only thing that holds it back is an extremely un-ergonomic keyboard, abysmal battery life and a touchpad with innate latency.

4. TOP VALUE:

The Satellite Radium 14 is the one to look out for if you are looking for value. This $500 laptop provides users with a 14-inch hybrid monitor, a core i3 processor, an ability to go tent, stand or tablet and a dedicated Cortana button. While not the most powerful among its peers, it is serviceable. This machine is held back from being a tad bit more because of its small keys which exude an uncomfortable environment if you seek a faster typing experience.

5. THE BEST FOR BUSINESS:

The Tecra Z40t-B is one of the aforementioned brand's flagship systems. Focusing primarily on business, this machine went with strong internal quality and a robust exterior. With shock absorbers on the display, fingerprint scanners on the back and core i7 processor to power it, this laptop is meant for the professionals. While the slow hard drive won't win any awards, the venting system is deeply appreciated.
